Like many people, I cherish every extra second I can spend in bed. However, I’ve set a goal for myself to get back in shape. Back in my 4th year of Reserve Forces Training (Ruksadindan), I was at a fit 70 kg. (I’m actually planning to share some crazy stories from my training days in a future post!). Nowadays, I’m closer to 100 kg, and I can literally feel the weight on my legs Even though the journey is tough, I’m doing my best to regain that discipline.

My daily goal is simple: wake up and head to the nearby park for a morning jog. I usually run until about 07:00, then head home to shower and prepare for work. To be honest, there are days when I feel burned out and wish I didn’t have to work at all. But life goes on, and we all have bills to pay and dreams to fund.
On weekends and public holidays, I still try to maintain that early morning routine. My college friends often tell me that even though I’m nearly 100 kg, I don’t look like it. I think my secret is just wearing a black hoody and jeans to hide the “bulky” look!
Of course, some mornings I just don’t feel like waking up early. My weekends are usually “freestyle”-meaning I allow myself to relax. On those lazy days, I might just boot up Delta Force and lose myself in the game instead of hitting the pavement. But for the most part, I try to stick to my routine to keep moving forward.
What about you guys? What does your morning routine look like? Let me know in the comments!
